On September 2, 2024, Rwanda Polytechnic hosted the 4th General Assembly of the Growing Rwanda Energy Awareness Through Higher Education (GREATER) Project. This event gathered participants from numerous universities and higher learning institutions across Rwanda. In his closing remarks, Dipl. Ing Ephrem Musonera, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academics, Research, and Institutional Advancement at Rwanda Polytechnic, expressed gratitude to the participants from each partner university and commended the collaboration between European and African researchers, highlighting the mutual benefits of this partnership.
On September 3rd, 2024, the Growing Rwanda Energy Awareness Through Higher Education (GREATER) Project, after its 4th General Assembly held in Kigali yesterday at Rwanda Polytechnic, has commenced a two-week summer school at Tumba College. Participants from the University of Rwanda, UTAB, INES, and Rwanda Polytechnic-Tumba College will spend the first week focusing on the Internet of Things (IoT).
